Shipping
Free delivery mainland Great Britain.
There is no charge for delivery throughout mainland Great Britain. Delivery is with a 3rd party courier and can take up to 7 working days from date of order.
Orders for delivery to residential addresses are sent with AIT Home Delivery – order details will be sent to them within 1 working day of the order being placed.
The delivery date is arranged directly with AIT Home Delivery who will contact via text, email, or landline (landline communication will take longer so a mobile number is preferable) and the order will be despatched the day before the selected delivery date.
A 2-hour delivery window will be given the day before delivery. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery as AIT Home Delivery will not leave without a signature nor deliver to an alternative address.
AIT Home Delivery offer delivery Monday to Friday and the available days will depend on your post code and be displayed on their website at the link given when they contact you.
If a suitable date is not available for the delivery address supplied please contact us and we can change the destination if necessary (charges may apply if changes are made after despatch). We aren’t able to change the availability of delivery days.
Delivery to business addresses will be despatched within 2 working days of the order date. A 2-hour window will be given the day before delivery.
